Snowman’s Top 5

So I decided to do a top-5 in the NFL since we are now six weeks in. Let’s waste no more time

5 – New Orleans Saints
Who the hell expected them to compete after they lost Drew Brees, I did. Teddy Bridgewater is not troubled in his duties in holding down the fort until the best QB in this generation returns. The Saints have won games in all ways – defensive struggles, offensive shootouts, and the scary thing is, they can only get – dare I say it – BETTER! They are playing with a chip on their shoulder and they need to keep it there as they travel to the Windy City to face Da Bears

4- Seattle Seahawks
I must admit I have been WRONG about Russell Wilson and I have been WRONG about the Seattle Seahawks. It seems
like the more people doubt them, the more plays they make. They made enough to beat the Cleveland Browns and
now host an equally hot QB in Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday afternoon.

3 – Green Bay Packers
The Packers, like the Seahawks, just won’t go away. They take advantage of the inept Detroit Lions offense and
get 23 points and win. Just like Wilson, Aaron Rodgers continues to find ways to lead his team and if that
running game gets stronger, they’re going to be a tough out come January.

2 – San Francisco 49ers
I told y’all BEFORE the season started that they would be a force to be reckoned with! And lookee here,
HERE…THEY…..ARE!!! Bosa, Ford, Buckner lead the defense while Breida the Cheetah, Jimmy G, Deebo, GK
(George Kittle) lead a surging offense. At 5-0, the 49ers are the best team in the NFC and they get to feast
on the Washington Redskins come Sunday.

1 – New England Patriots
The ONLY reason they get the top spot is because they are 6-0 and the 49ers are 5-0. And they have Tom Brady.
And they are coached by Bill Belichick. And they are the defending champions. And they have a strong defense
also to be reckoned with. Aw hell, you get the idea. The Patriots are the top team in my top 5.

Join me next Wednesday for a new Top 5!
